When forgetting leads to restlessness... Short stories of my life - 7

It was the month of winter where I was very tired, when I returned to my hostel from my home on 15th December morning. I attended the classes that day, which made me even tired but, I had other plans for that day. I went to the bus stop and waited for a long time for the bus to come and I already missed the bus. I felt demotivated and called my mom at that time. I told her that I am going to use train for travel, but she told me to wait and assured me that I will get a bus, so I stood there patiently. Within few seconds, A bus came 51A to T-Nagar. I got inside the bus, and travelled nearly one hour 15minutes I guess.

First lesson - wait patiently, or else you will miss the opportunity. Don't be impatient!

Firstly, I went to fancy accessories shop to buy earrings after that, I went to Saravana stores to buy some Jeans for myself. I reached Mambalam Railway station and got a ticket to Tambaram. I hoped onto the ladies compartment, admist the crowd I travelled and reached Guindy, until I remembered something. I forgot the earrings that was bought and kept in the underground of Saravana stores, where we need to keep our things there. I panicked and got down from the train, searched for railway counter to buy ticket and went to mambalam again and brought my earrings back from the store. I was exhausted and felt my leg was numb and suddenly, I made the decision to use Bus to reach my hostel. It was nearly two hours of travel and reached the hostel at 9pm, due to heavy traffic at Velacherry and Pallikaranai. It was a nice experience, travelling alone at night in Chennai and an unforgettable memories that I created was a disaster.

Second lesson: Don't be forgetful of your things while travelling. Be mindful and careful when you are travelling alone.
